4. Use time-blocking:  Schedule dedicated blocks of time for tasks on your calendar. This creates a structured routine and helps you allocate time to important tasks.


5. Practice the Pomodoro Technique: Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break. This time management technique can improve focus and productivity.


6. Eliminate distractions:  Identify and minimize distractions such as social media, notifications, and noise that can divert your attention from tasks.
